At Play in the Field of Our Work
We started way back with a simple idea. We are going to get more done if we attach our group onto people who appear to enjoy their work. We figured that they would bring their business acumen certainly. But if they also brought a playful mind - even a mind capable of playing with important things - we would get further and farther.
We established an informal test. "Would I like to be with this person at a BBQ?" They might run the best smoker in the county. But would I like getting to know them better. So we find that groups who play at or play with their work are the kind of people we like. And the kind of people, we think, who get the most done for their CU.
